The International Contemporary Ensemble, in collaboration with Carla Kihlstedt and artists from Opera Omaha ONE festival stage productions will create cover songs, remixes, transcriptions, and abstractions of songs from 17th to the 19th centuries. The performances will create playful pathways to and from Stradella’s St. John the Baptist. The environment will be casual; a balance of coffee house and chamber salon with ample opportunity to listen, chat, laugh, and meet the artists.
