ICE at NYPL: Collecting Phyllis Chen

Pianist, toy pianist, and composer Phyllis Chen is featured at the latest of ICE's events at the New York Public Library.  Notable for her deft writing for toy piano and ensembles, Phyllis is the director of the Look & Listen Festival and a professor at SUNY New Paltz.  The program features Mobius, Phyllis's unfinished work for multiple music boxes.
