EntICE places us alongside young musicians as both mentors and collaborators through the entire process of bringing new works to life. We work with students to introduce them to new concepts of performance techniques and modern notation, and join them in commissioning, learning, and performing a brand new work for this hybrid ensemble.

We started with partnerships with Tania Leon and Youth Orchestra Los Angeles, and Marcos Balter and the People’s Music School in Chicago last year, and we're forging new relationships this year with the San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra (SFSYO) and UpBeat NYC in the Bronx.
