ICE returns to the esteemed Walden School for the second annual Monadnock Institute! The week-long ICE residency showcases the best and brightest young high school performers and composers working alongside five of ICE's teaching artists.
On Friday, July 15, ICE performs seven compositions by the distinguished Walden faculty. To culminate the residency on Sunday, July 17, ICE will feature the students as composers and performers: eight world premieres of student works will be given, which in August will receive their New York premieres at Lincoln Center's Mostly Mozart festival. The Sunday concert closes with collaborative performances of classic modern chamber repertoire with the students.
